This is very much a work-in-progress and has been difficult to set up since it’s such a convoluted mix of different molecular types from different corals for different experiments! Here is a summary; in most cases, “Pocillopora spp.” and “Seriatopora spp.” correspond to mixes of Pocillopora damicornis+P. acuta and Seriatopora hystrix+S. caliendrum, respectively.
