One day (2015-1-18) was spent surveying and sampling the reefs of Angaur, although most of us went on a land excursion in the afternoon (see pics on next page “Angaur (topside).”).
PaAn24 (Santa Maria Corner) leeward fringing reef
PaAn24 sampled P. acuta colonies (n=2; PaPd44-45)
PaAn24 sampled Seriatopora spp. colonies (n=2; PaSe62-63). Lost pictures of PaSe62.
PaAn25 (“Turtle Reef”) Neither P. acuta nor Seriatopora spp. were not found at this leeward fringing reef. I did not dive at site PaAn26 (“Rocky Point;” a windward fringing reef).
