Vanua Vatu (June 15, 2013)- only one day was spent at Vanua Vatu, and three sites were surveyed. Only six pocilloporid coral colonies were sampled from Vanua Vatu. Given this small sample size, these samples were generally only genotyped (at most) and not analyzed in detail (i.e., no gene expression data were obtained from these samples.).
